Hello,
in glpi 10 the sort-order of answers in tickets has changes, the newest aswer is found at the bottom of the ticket. it could be changes in the general setup, but that woudn't fix the problem.
Our problem is, that long answers incoming via e-mail are imported include the full e-mail-history, the necessary information mostly located on top of the mail. You have to scroll a lot to see that information.
In the older versions of glpi the view of the answers were compressed automatically, displaying only a few, necessary lines. To see the whole answer there was the possibility do decompress it.
Maybee there is an option, to change that behavior, if not it would be a nice feature in the actual version, too :-)
