Hello,

From your scrennshot, it seems that you have multiple entity. Are you sure that your new technician have this role for the Root entity (where your ticket will be created in your screenshot) ?

Hi,

First of all, I'm at the stage of learning to understand about glpi, so I'm going to have a little trouble understanding what you want to ask me. the following is a screenshot of the new technician's authorization that I made.  Is this information that you want to ask me?

Hi,

Can anyone help me on this? Or is it because I'm using the free version so it only shows 1 technician?

Re: New user technician didn't appear in Ticket's "Assigned to" Dropdown

Hello,

I do not see any reason of why it is not working. As long of the Profiles grant "Beeing in charge" on the requested Entity, it should be working.

Have you try to connect with this Technician prior to assign him a ticket ? Maybe the affectation is not really active (but it is just a guess).
