Data Injection: Add items to appliance

Hello community,

I am trying to use data injection plugin to make link between appliances and there items (like computer, network device, printer...).
All appliances and items exist with serial numbers.

I create injection this model:

Type of data to import:    Appliances

I have also tried to use Serial number for ITEM_1 and ITEM_2 without success.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
