I'm having this error when installing glpi

PHP Warning (2): mysqli::__construct(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused in /var/www/glpi/install/install.php at line 238

I'm a beginner
has anyone had the same problem?

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
glpi version 9.5.0

Sounds your database connection did wrong so GLPI couldnt connect. WebGreg posted already an how-to-article. You should be able to solve the installation with this.
