Hi,. everybody
I have a problem in version 9.5.3 (in version 9.4.3 I already faced this problem), where every email notification of a follow-up, instead of sending by email the attachments only of the follow-up being done, it forwards ALL the attachments of the ticket, from the beginning ..
That is, if the ticket has 20 follow-ups and in these 20 there were about 10 files attached separately, for each new follow-up the system sends an email with ALL attachments.
Has anyone ever experienced this ?
I am very grateful with any help.

I have same problem on 9.5.3 and 9.5.5
Way of sending emails: PHP or SMTP + SSL
Any followup email notification contains all attachments from ticket.
