Bonjour tout le monde
J'ai installé le plugin more ticket compatible avec la version GLPI9.2.1 afin de rajouter des commentaires même si le ticket est clos ,effectivement le plugin rajoute un onglet "Informations de clôture des tickets" mais quand je tape mon commentaire et je clique sur ajouter rien ni enregistré et le champs commentaire est toujours vide.

I installed the more ticket plugin compatible with version GLPI9.2.1 in order to add comments even if the ticket is closed, indeed the plugin adds a tab "Ticket closing information" but when I type my comment and I click on add nothing or recorded and the comment field is always empty.
