Hi!
Most awesome work on the GLPI. The tool has been invaluable. Hats off to everyone involved and I am very happy to see that now there is a company behind GLPI. Unbelievable success. Long time coming.
So, we are migrating off from Jira (because Jira lacks the necessary functionality when it comes to asset management), but one super-nice feature is mentions. For example, when you are commenting on a ticket, you can do @username (this will be autofilled btw) and the username receives an e-mail/Jira notification.
Where can I find a plugin which enables the same functionality in GLPI?

Hi
This is a nice suggestion. I also had such idea recently. You may suggest this feature here : https://glpi.userecho.com/ . This is easier for the community to rank behind you and evaluate how appreciaed is this feature. If so, then the feature might be developed in the future.
As far as I know, there is no plugin to add this feature. You may want to have a look here : http://plugins.glpi-project.org/
(Both links are available in the top menu of this forum: "suggest a feature", "plugin catalog")

Thanks!
Feature request has been submitted:https://glpi.userecho.com/en/communities/1/topics/1914-mentions-feature
Assuming GLPI developers are busy, what would be the best way to get this done anyway - for example is there a list of contractors we could contact who could develop this?
