Hello,
I installed Formcreator plugin on our GLPI server and created a couple forms using the following options :
- Active : Yes
- Direct access on homepage : Yes
- Default form in service catalog : Yes
Then I switched "Helpdesk mode" in "Root Entity" (only entity we have) to Service Catalog.
But my self-service users homepage hasn't changed, it's still using GLPI basic homepage.
I was hoping to see something like : glpi-project.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/interfacecataloguedeservicesglpi.png
"Helpdesk mode" setting in "Root Entity" does not seem to have any effect.
Would you know what I am missing ?

Hello again,
just answering my own question :
you also need to edit the self-service profile and set the "Profile's interface" to "Simplified Interface".
I get the right homepage now.
