Hello,
while opening a ticket I was able to add an external requester (standard interface) using his email (user not present in the glpi users list). Somehow now I cannot any more and , if I select user from the dropdwon menu, I can only add existing users.
Basically I don't see any more the fields "Email followup" and "Email"
where is the trigger to see them again?

Somehow someone did set the norifications to disable and this trigger the possibility to add an anonymous user via his email.
I did have to go through the code to understand this.
I wonder if this behavior generally correct or no.
