Help writing plugin: put a link after Requester name in ticket

Hi at all,
I need to write another plugin but I can't figure out how to do a Simple thing:
Inside a ticket there is the place where requester name is put and after that a link (i -> info/detail) and an x (delete).
I need to put another icon(link) between them (or after if not possibile in the middle): is it possibile to do wrinting a plugin or not? I didn't find any information about that.
