If I create two tickets from two different email addresses.
known@mywebsite.com (in the GLPI database as a user)
unknown@somewhere.com (not known to my GLPI database)
The first step works for both email addresses. If I send an email from either of these email addresses it will create a ticket regardless of which email address.
If the ticket was created from known@mywebsite.com sending an email, then it works the followup gets emailed to the email address known@mywebsite.com this is OK it's what I want to happen.
When I add a followup on the ticket created by the email from unknown@somewhere.com then I have the problem. This followup does not get emailed to unknown@somewhere.com
"Allow anonymous followups (receiver)" is already set to "Yes" and it still doesn't work.
What do I need to do to get followups emailed to unknown email addresses?
