Hi,
I have configured and activated the creation of tickets by mail, when they write to me at a specific address glpi collects the email and creates a ticket.
Until now when glpi collected the ticket, the mail (in the mailbox) was marked as read and automatically moved folder, but now it only marks it as read and does not change the folder, which means that when it is run again the automatic action of collecting the emails, the ticket is duplicated because it recreates it.
What could be the problem?
