glpi with outdated files compared

Hello
I have Fedora 32 with the ocs inventory system and mariadb-server.I try to install glpi 9.4.6-1 and when testing the database connection - step 2,
the page loads a long time and the message "Gateway timeout" appears.


When I go to http://localhost/glpi the system performance test to run looks like this

At the bottom of the page is the warning "You are trying to use GLPI with outdated files compared to the version of the database. Please install the correct GLPI files corresponding to the version of your database"

The website http://localhost/glpi/install/install/php does not start.
Can you help me?

The installation is successful on the virtual machine, the problem occurs on the physical server
