SLO and OLA Explanation

Hello All,

I'd really appreciate it if someone would explain SLA and OLA for me and how they are implemented in the context of GLPI.

I have already looked at the docs. The documentation isn't clear to me and I can't really explain how it isn't clear. I apologize for that. It probably doesn't help that I have a very narrow, for lack of a better word, understanding.
