Outgoing images too small ?

GLPI 9.4.5 on WIN

Hi all,
When replying to requesters through GLPi (follow-up or solution), when adding a snippet to explain something, the requester has the following issue :
- the image is to small to properly see
- the image is a hyperlink, but for now we have no self-service running.

Is there a setting (I must have missed) to control either of the above ?
