Dears, good morning.
I have a problem in version 9.4.5 that I am not able to solve.
In my company the tickets are opened by email, the problem is occurring when the user responds to a follow-up or solution there is the following message:
"If you reject the solution, you must specify a reason"
Even if the ticket is pending, it still continues to display this message and the follow-up is stopped in our helpdesk inbox.
Any tips on how to solve this issue?
