AJax Notification

Hello
I'm on GLPI version 9.4.3, I would like to activate Ajax notifications, so I created the model and the notification when I create the ticket or when I test the task appears correctly in the queue but at sending I have failed.

Nothing concrete on this problem on the web.

Anyone have an idea?
