Decommissioning date

Hi everybody,
I've just implemented Suppliers imports and connected with Dell's API. Now I know the purchase date and the end of warranty of every Computer.
Is it possible auto compile the decommission date field on a date purchase basis?
And on a types basis (laptop after 3 years form the purchase date, desktop after 4 years from purchase date)?

I think can be use with "Enable the financial and administrative information" ?
