GLPI - Reject status
Hi All,
Is there any plugins or something to add status Reject, so if Ticket status is Rejected, GLPI will not generate the Satisfaction Survey.

You mean the ticket shall be closed if you change it´s state to status "reject" ? We are closing the tickets with a comment "Rejected". For reporting issues a status "rejected" would be nice
