Hello,
I did a few business rules to assign SLA TTO and OLA TTO to all tickets, but if i let both times expires, the fields "Internal time to own exceedeed" and "Time to own exceedeed" doesnt turn to "Yes", even if the progress bar reach 100%. Am i missing something?

Same problem here. Is there some documentation for "time to own" option to understand it's possibilities?
I have made service level for 60 minutes after which TTO should activate, but it doesn't. Instead it turns on when a ticket form is made from formcreator.
Can anyone help with this?
