Hello,
following your thought is it possible to exclude writer from any notificactions but "ticket creation" and writer and requester if they match unless one put writer explicitly in the notification list?
I am not able to predict every autoresponse message form, I'm sorry.
Also deduplication of mailing lists and list of follow up addresses in a ticket instead of one would be welcome.
ps. I'm testing rerun of email rules for already opened tickets still.

Since it is a solelly a mail gate issue it shouldn't be a problem if one can add recipients in mailgate rules as it is in 0.80.2, I presume. Don't you think?
