Port forwarding
Hi all,
I'm behind a firewall here and I'd like to provide public access to our Helpdesk system. I have successfully forwarded Port 80 and I can get to the "It Works" screen but when I try to access the login area, it times out. Is there another port I would need to have forwarded to get this to work? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Could it possibly be the authentication method?
My Configuration: GLPI .72.3 running on XAMPP from a VMware Virtual Machine (Windows XP). PHP 5.2, Apache 2.2.3...

Very possible, I am using LDAP for our users to login as well as Google Apps accounts for logging in. I'll take a look and see if this could be my issue and post back the results. Thanks for the suggestion!

La redirection de port est également souvent appelée tunnel de port. Le plus souvent, un programme VPN ou proxy est utilisé pour provoquer cette redirection, mais cela peut également se faire via des périphériques matériels tels qu'un routeur, un serveur proxy ou même un pare-feu.
