Can't show attachment files in Tickets

hi , when i submit a new Ticket attached with file in my hosted Glpi :

*from a different server  the attached file isn't get added

*from localhost the attached file get added


i tried to check the logs ,glpi\files\_log, to see what is the reason of that issue, but i didn't find any generated log file after my action


could you please help me ?
