Hi,
after an upgrade of GLPI (version 9.4.4) we needed to reinstall FusionInventory. Everything seems ok, but no inventory comes through. When I look at our http://glpiserver/plugins/fusioninventory/ url, I'm seeing inventories being done in the Computer inventories in the last hours, but nothing is really entering in our system. So the latest inventory shown is the one just before the upgrade. Anyone has a clue what could be the problem and what I need to check?

Hi,
What does the agent log say ?
Offline
I got 2 errors: [http client] unexpected content, starting with <br /> and No answer from server at https://our-site/plugins/fusioninventory/
Offline
From your client, can you access https://our-site ?
Offline
Yes, when I go to https://our-site/plugins/fusioninventory/ I see that at 8 o'clock 64 inventories have been done, but the don't seem to be actually imported. At least if I check the column "Plugins - FusInv - Last inventory ". There the last update was 13th of November

oh.
It could be interresting to check if this is a "last update" time error or an actual lack of inventory.
The easiest field to change (to see if the update works) is the connected user on the machine.

But it should change, as the ip address changes regularly

I've noticed another thing. On the glpi page of any computer, in this case, my computer, you have a field status on the FusionInevtory part. You can refresh this, and this will send me to MyComputerName:62354/status
and the status being "status: waiting". Can this help?
