Associated elements

Hi, i have 2 problems here
1/ when changing profil ( connect as tech for exemple) i want to see only assets elements wich has technicien as user ( not essentielly created by the technicien)
2/ when changing ticket an associating element to it, also i wan't to restrict the elements shown to the element that tech can see
i tried to change administration=>profiles=>Assistance=>Association , and select See hardware of my groups    and My devices
   => i got no element in ticket element assciation, and i always see all the element in the assets
Any one has and idea how to restrict the visibilty of the assets element and the ticket associated element
