GLPI 9.4.3 - Workflow for changes and change management inside GLPI

Hi all,

I am trying to figure out how GLPI is supposed to work with changes and how this boils down to work by an engineer.
I can create a change from a ticket,
- but how is the engineer supposed to write down is work and progress?
- can a change be planned?

How do you guys work with this?
