I need help setting up GLPI based on good practices. I would like to make a good configuration in terms of typifications for service requests and failures. Add SLA. also in the test environment, I have not managed to generate ticket to the suppliers that I have registered (I do not see how to assign them a ticket) can anyone help me? I would also like to better understand the module of "contacts" and how these could be linked in an itil flow of incidents or requests.
