integration nagios on GLPI

Hello,

Is it possible to integrate nagios or zabbix with glpi?

because I have tried to install the webservices plugin in glpi and configuring nagios, but it doesn't create any ticket for me

does anyone know why?

Hi,
You can easily open tickets vía email, but a complete management will need a deveolped plugin
I think webservices is legacy. API is the way to go.

It's possible to create tickets on GLPI from an Zabbix event.
But for that, it's by GLPI API.

About Nagios with GLPI, I believe the Zabbix make this job better than Nagios.

Documentation don't have specified content step-by-step. You need search for it.

I've did try to use webservices, but don't works in glpi above 9.3.

really it's possible, but according with business rules of each company, open tickets by email cannot be a usual way.
