According to glpi-project.org/DOC/EN/glpi/helpdesk_openticket.html it's possible to create a ticket to another peson:
"It allows an authenticated user to quickly create a ticket for himself or for another person (Delegation)."
How do I do that? Requester field does not appear on a form.
