Task edit on solved tickets

Hi
my company uses GLPI for its business. We have 9.2.4 version installed.
We noticed that on

solved tickets -> Processing Ticket

task items show the edit icon but nothing happens (opening the edit window) when clicked.
We have to reopen the ticket again to modify a task description with a rejected solution as result.

We think this as a bug since the application actually hides the edit icon to avoid editing (closed tickets do not show edit icon).

Can you give me a feedback?

This is a pretty old version.
You should upgrade and enjoy multiple solutions support. It was enabled on 9.3.

Thanks for your reply,
we've just installed the latest version 9.3 on our test environment but we have the same issue.
When ticket status is solved, edit icon is still present but no actions raised when clicked.

We just need to know if this is by design (is it an intended behavior?) or if it's a bug.
If latter, do you know if it's an open bug?

Our question comes from this: if task edit isn't allowed on solved tickets, why the edit icon is still visible? Why not hiding it?
