GLPI installation and configuration manual for beginners

Hi all,
I am a beginner in GLPI, so I´m requesting some information and manuals in order to install the latest version of GLPI from the beginning, with all the services. The server where I´s trying to install the new version of GLPI, I would like it had the following characteristics:
1. Windows Server 2016 like OS.
2. IIS like a web server.
3. MySQL like a database.
Although if someone of you recommend me to use XAMPP like a web server or Mariadb like a database, I would have no problems if it´s much easier, but I would like to have a simple guide, steps by steps in order to configure a new installation of GLPI.
