Wrong send notification
Hi,
When I create a new ticket, the applicant is notified of a "new ticket", but the "update ticket" notification is also sent incorrectly.
This erroneous behavior has started to occur recently.
I just want that when the ticket is created, just send the notification of the new ticket and send the "update ticket" only when the ticket is updated.
