Ldap edirectory Novell - error

I need your help.

I can not get authenticated users to authenticate.
Our context and the configuration we made

Test performed on a machine under Server 2012
I use XAMPP
GLPI 9.4.2

LDAP directory = Novel "eDirectory" (ldap3)

My LDAP Connection Configuration

Name: xxx
Server: 10.188.XX.XX
Door: 389
Basedn: o = YYY
rootdn: EMPTY
Pass: EMPTY
Connection filter: (objectclass = user)
user field: uid
Search Type:
Last name: sn
Name: givenname
Email: mail
Phone number

The tests we do
-----------------------------------------

1. Connection test
=> OK

2. Test the user import of the LDAP connection
=> OK,
we see the list of all users in our directory

3. Test the import of one of the user accounts
=> OK,
Import all the information attached to the person are well reported in the GLPI

3. Login test with a user in the list
=> wrong user or password (a)

Can't connect to xx.xx.xx.xx: timed out
