How to register access rights to the systems?

Hi

Is there a way to register access rights to different systems in GLPI or some other specific system, preferably open source?

I need to register, for example, that user "Bob" has access to system "Y" with the right of "Query".

Vous can't do that natively with GLPI

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
