Permissions to see the tickets.

Hello
I have noticed that when the tickets are in "new" status, all the technicians see it, when in the profiles I have to see only the ones assigned to their group. I want only those assigned to your group to see them and the rest not.

Hi, I have the same behaviuor.
Did you resolved or do u think it's a bug?

I have not been able to solve it, the only thing I have done is that when a new ticket is registered and it does not have a category assigned, it remains on hold.
I have not found another solution ...

I a technician can assign a ticket, he can see all tickets in New status to assign them
