I have GLPI 9.1.2 in use, the system runs to its fullest satisfaction as the Inventory incl. Fusion is in use.
I have a question about the ticket itself.
1. Try to define a support group = profile to predefine a category for the modified ticket. When you customize the templates that works too. If you then create a ticket, the predefined category is gone.
Is there a trick? I tested all existing profiles, none of them works.
Alternatively one could do without the category. Would like to hide this but unfortunately not.

GLPI 9.1.2 is too old.
You need to upgrade to get any support.
