Problem of delay in some modules of the System

 
      I'm in a project where I realized that in some models the system is taking, such as call solution, assign user, open call and call search, where today we are using version 9.1.6 where I realized that the most current version is in 9.4.0 this may be influencing a lot in this process ?

I think not so much but you cannot get support for old version and 9.4.2 is a very good version. I'm not sure if 9.1.6 had already solution templates. The ticket list filter have a better design with more options.
