Hi,
I have configured GLPI to send satisfaction surveys to the costumers. This functionality is working perfectly, but I need to hide the replies to the technician profile, because I want that the costumers doesn't feel intimidated by writing an unsatisfactory review that can be seen by the technician that solved the problem reported.I don't know how hide this satisfaction survey.
Anyone can help me?

Just remove the Statistics Read permission from their profile

Makeijan, thank you for your reply, but the technician profile already has unchecked the "statistics read" check box and the technicians still have permissions to see the satisfaction surveys.
