Cannot add SOLUTION to Assitance > Problem

Hi, please help me. I cannot add solution to the problem, which causes GLPI to sent me an error like "Category is mandatory before ticket is solved/closed". The problem already had category selected in it. I cannot even close it manually, because the problem has no attached solution. My profile there is a super-admin, and I have created user profile. They cannot see solution tab in the problem, how to allow them as read only in the solution tab for problem? Is that the reason why I cannot create solution? Thank you, your help is very much appreciated. smile
