Ticket > Approvals: Approver User will not have LDAP User list

Hello,

I'm not if the following is a bug.

I use GLPI9.3.3 and use the Ticket system. You have an approval function here. If I open the "Approvals" I can create a new one. After them I will select the "Approver". The User list will not show the LDAP user.

Was is the issue? My settings are not correct or is this a bug?

Approvers are all users how have right to validate a request or an incident
