Automatic synchronization of LDAP User

Dear GLPI friends,

I have installed GLPI 9.3.3 successfully and use LDAP.

But GLPI will not synchronize the User automatically.
Is there a way to add new User and to synchronize User like a CRON job?

I didn't find it in the Internet, please help me.
