Administration > Mail Queue will show the email and say "Number of tries of sent” with a number larger than 1. For example, a ticket says number of tries of sent = 13. The email successfully is sent and received 13 times, but the Mail Queue thinks it didn't send successfully and retries over and over again. This occurs when a ticket is created on the interface, is updated on the interface, or is deleted on the interface. Any thoughts? Been trying to fix this for days
