Please help me to fix email notification problem.

System Config
OS : CentOS7(VMware6.5U2-Guest)
CPU : 2 Core
Ram : 2 GB
Storage : 50 GB
PHP : 7.2.13
MariaDB : 10.3.11
With clean install GLPI-9.3.3
All firewall,se-linux are disable.

I have already config cron follow this ...

*/5     *       *       *       *       /usr/bin/php /home/webs/glpi/front/cron.php &>/dev/null 2&>1
*/5     *       *       *       *       /usr/bin/php /home/webs/glpi/front/cron.php --force mailgate &>/dev/null
*/1     *       *       *       *       /usr/bin/php /home/webs/glpi/front/cron.php --force queuednotification &>/dev/null

And already set Email notifications same as GLPI-9.1.1(on my old system) but not working it's still notify me with this error.

But on GLPI-9.1.1 it's work normally.

Can you give me Apache errors ? (/var/log/httpd/error_log)
