GLPI 9.3.3 on IIS 8.5 with SSO via Kerberos Problem with UTF 8
Hi Guys,
i hope i find some help here 
my installation windows 2012R2 IIS 8.5 GLPI 9.3.3 PHP 7.2. MySQL 10 . x
The installation works fine until someone trys SSO from Internetexplorer with a ä, ü or ö in names. example the german name jörg. the GLPI says no correct user or passwort if you click login in manuelly it works fine. with example jörg.schulz only sso hangs for this names. For other 300 names it works fine . only the names with theese letters dont let me login in via sso.
and i dont know where i can find it in glpi and where i can correct the utf. any hints for me ?
i hope i dont told something crazy stuff Native Speaking english .. sorry
