Hi There,
We are using GLPI 9.3.3 and how can i configure creating ticket via email.
I configure email notification there is no problem. Notification mails reciving.
I configure Email Server And i can login via my Office365 mail account.
Is there any document to create ticket send mail to helpdesk@mydomain.com

What you are looking for is called "Receivers" in the Setup menu.
You can have a look, it is quite self-explaining.

I don't use Office365 mail but you are in the right direction.
I wouldn't select SSL and NoTLS at the same time. Try removing the NoTLS flag.

There is no password in my last post. It's just a log.
Actually I can login via my Office 365 mail account. Also I can login via LDAP.
But I set to Recivers. Still it can not create automaticlly when i send mail to helpdesk@mydomain.com.
