your ldap filter don't work - did you move the user out of the "scope"

I explain more this problem
a few weeks ago, the IT Network Admin, create a directive if a user misstake(three times ) your ldap password the account is blocked, In the past days, weeks the users have no problem to login to GLPI, but after this directive some users cant login to glpi. my partner of IT Network unlocked theses accounts, in some users work login GLPI but in others users dont work.
i login to superuser in GLPI, and i see some users belongs to dynamic groups and others only a normal group . I dont know if this is the cause. I try how you suggest "ldap mass sync" ,but maybe some users cant login.
Thank you for your help
