Receivers Connection errors

GLPi Version - 9.3.1

I have deployed GLPi on a Windows 7 machine. I am using gmail with configuration - {pop.gmail.com:995/pop/ssl/debug}

On gmail 2 factor authentication is also enabled. Password generated by 2 factor authentication is configured in receivers configuration.

For troubleshooting -
I tried by changing port to 993.
configured gmail for outlook. Email is working fine there.

Despite trying multiple times I am getting a connection error. Please help me in resolving the issue.
