Glpi install blocked in step3

When I start to install, it stays stuck in step 3 and it does not allow me to continue

Have you somme errors in glpi logs? in apache logs?
Which version do you try to install?

there is no error in apache I think. I tried with the last version

You install a fresh GLPI or your update one?
SQL error is when you activate a plugin.
