I'm trying to create a rule to assign 2 or more groups to a ticket automatically. However, it does not work.
Is there a way to do that?

Yes.. I can assign multiple groups manually... However, I want to configure a rule to do that automatically..

If you want to assign to many groups or people, you create a rule (by category / by Location, depending on you)
If I want to add many groups manually at the same time, I still don't know how because I don't want to follow the rule, that is, is there a way to click the plus sign many times before pressing the save button instead of the current one The group has to save 1 time and then add another group. It's a bit inconvenient
