Re: No editor in Knowledgebase in V9.3.0

That's not normal...

1. Pleasre restart apache and clean browser cache.
2. During the install you have all tests passed. (green marks)?

Maybe something is missing https://glpi-install.readthedocs.io/en/ … s.html#php.

Re: No editor in Knowledgebase in V9.3.0

I restarted the server and cleaned the browser cache - the editor is not available

During the install i have all testes passed exceptet the two one in screenshot under https://i.imgur.com/3OfPcN5.png
But i don't think that these two red marks caused the problem

Re: No editor in Knowledgebase in V9.3.0

Check the logfiles for errors:
PHP Errors are record in glpi/files/_log/php_error.log
SQL Errors are record in glpi/files/_log/sql_error.log

If you don't see errors please activate debug mode

1. Requires a super-admin profile
2. Menu Setup / General -> Setup General tab -> Logs in files (SQL, email, cron…): Yes
3. Menu Settings -> Use GLPI in Mode: Debug

ps:
I don't think that this extensions are necessary for the editor too.
Do you have the editor in ticket / issue section ?

Re: No editor in Knowledgebase in V9.3.0

Can you check the time ?
If you try to write a kb do you get a new entry?

Re: No editor in Knowledgebase in V9.3.0

If you can't get the tinymce editor in kb article edition, it's probably a javascript error, open the developper tools of your browser (often F12 key) and check console tab for errors.

Re: No editor in Knowledgebase in V9.3.0

Your installation of GLPI seems broken, get the official archive and copy the files to try to restore missing ones (do backups)

Ok, that is it.
I copied all the files new to the server - now I can edit KBs.
